The natural beauty of the island and the peaceful atmosphere made it a true paradise. We loved waking up to the amazing view of the lake from our hut. The staff, especially Silas, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious, especially the garlic crayfish. We also enjoyed the activities offered, like the local trip with Silas. we had an really good experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent trip to Kabale, I had the opportunity to stay at Paradise Eco-Hub, which turned out to be a great choice for a transit hotel. Since I was travelling from Kigali and needed to catch my flight at Ruhengeri Airport, the location of the hotel was very convenient. The nearest airport, Ruhengeri Airport, was just 96 km away, and the hotel provided a roundtrip airport shuttle service. This saved me a lot of time and hassle, making my transit experience smooth and efficient.
While my overall experience at Paradise Eco-Hub was positive, there was one minor inconvenience that I encountered. Upon arrival, I found it a bit difficult to locate the hotel.

The decoration at the hotel was charming and cozy, with beautiful wooden furniture and traditional African artwork. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and accessible for senior people, with easy-to-navigate paths and comfortable seating areas. The children working there were always ready to assist and make sure we were comfortable during our stay.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more comfortable seating option on the terrace. It would be nice to have some cushions on the bench to provide extra support and make it easier for us to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

During my thanksgiving vacation, I had a great time experiencing the natural beauty of the place. I loved the complementary fresh fruit breakfast and the pancakes were a treat too. the location was perfect for nature lovers as it provided stunning views of the surroundings. I enjoyed the affordable canoe hiring for solo expeditions.
The activity prices at the hotel were a bit expensive for my taste and I would prefer negotiation here if possible.

The room at Paradise Eco-Hub was cozy and inviting, with a private bathroom complete with a refreshing shower and free toiletries. The 24-hour room service and late night room service added to the comfort and convenience. Plus, the mountain view from some rooms was absolutely breathtaking!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the balcony in some rooms. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I know others may still enjoy it.

The rooms at Paradise Eco-Hub were amazing! The private bathroom with a shower was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The free toiletries were a nice touch too. The 24-hour room service added so much convenience, especially when I had late-night cravings. And let's not forget the breathtaking mountain view from my room, it was truly magical. Oh, and some rooms even have a balcony, which was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning!
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the mountain view. It's just my subjective opinion, though.
